Environmental Policy

Our Policy is to identify all significant environmental impacts from our work activities, products, with the aim of minimising these impacts for the lifecycle, taking into consideration the nature and scale of the organisation. This includes the disposal of plant, equipment, and other physical assets under our control.

The Policy shall be communicated to our workforce to ensure it is understood, and made available to interested parties upon request.

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for the formulation development and implementation of the Policy. Our senior management team are committed towards the success of the Policy by investing in environmental change and allocating time and resources for contract managers and employees as required to facilitate environmental projects and changes.

We are committed to minimising our environmental impacts, and towards the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution. Our significant aspects would include our construction activities, vegetation clearance, pest control, fencing, minor, waste removal, and graffiti removal.

We shall comply with our legal obligations and other requirements, including The Environmental Protection Act 1990 and its associated underpinning regulations, and those requirements set by our clients and industry partners.

We shall provide sufficient resources for environmental management, and for setting and monitoring our environmental objectives. We are committed towards continual improvement of the management system and our environmental performance.

We are committed to operating our Company and maintaining the management system conforming to the International Standard ISO14001, and maintain certification to this Standard through a UKAS accredited certification body.

Top management are responsible for the review and maintaining this Policy, as a minimum, annually.

Upon request, our Policy shall be made available to Stakeholders.
